About the event
In this session, Elizabeth will explore how to transform complex data into compelling visual stories that captivate and inform audiences. Please come prepared to ask questions as there will be a Q&A session at the end!
About Elizabeth: Elizabeth Ricks, Visiting Associate Professor of the Practice, Analytics, holds a master’s in business analytics from St. Joseph’s University and a bachelor’s in business administration from West Virginia University. Ricks brings a wealth of practical experience to her role, having taught data storytelling and business communication in corporate workshops to Fortune 500 companies worldwide while working under best-selling author Cole Nussbaumer Knaflic’s Storytelling with Data organization. Previously, she served as an Assistant Vice President of Small Business Analytics at Bank of America and as a healthcare Relationship Manager for Merck. She has also been an adjunct professor for the WFU Online MBA and Online MSBA programs since 2021, teaching visual analytics and influencing.
